Worn by player 5’9” & 155-160 lbs. Athlete did not like a lot of padding and these fit great under required gear. All padding is protective yet flexible and lightweight with excellent breathability.
Small padded shirt fit snug as it should under shoulder pads — Light padding at sides and in center back. Also prevents abrasions from shoulder pads.
Medium padded shorts hold cup and provide thigh and hip protection. Also have tailbone pad in rear. Could have worn a small, but liked the extra room in the Mediums (very muscular legs.)
