Making it a very successful model for General Motors. Many Cutlass variations have crossed the production line including the 442- muscle car, Hurst/Olds and of course the very successful Cutlass Supreme. The Cutlass Supreme coupe was the most popular body style in 1978 with over 240,000 units sold.
This beautiful 1978 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Brougham is painted classic white and matching vinyl quarter roof. A light blue period correct light blue pinstripe and chrome bumpers define the 1970s. A set of 5-spoke chrome wheels add a finishing touch to the cars good looks. The “Brougham" interior package screams luxury with its light blue tufted 60/40 velour button seats and high pile carpet. Under the hood is a 260 V-8 attached to a three-speed automatic transmission. Options on this Cutlass include air conditioning, AM/FM/radio, cruise control, tilt wheel, power steering and power brakes.

General Terms
AVAILABILITY
: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.  In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.
AS-IS WHERE-IS
: All vehicles are sold on an AS-IS WHERE-IS basis.  Having a third party inspection and addressing any concerns is recommended prior to purchase.  It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify all advertisements which shall include but not limited to options, accessories, and vehicle condition before time of sale.  If the purchaser chooses to waive an inspection, the AS-IS WHERE-IS is still enforced.  Any concerns will not be addressed post sale as the sale is final without cures or remedies.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable ,000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed.  A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions.
We require full payment within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered null and void.
We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.  PayPal and American Express is not accepted.
VEHICLE RELEASE
: Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
All finalized transactions will have additional charges if applicable which could include the following: sales tax, title fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle.  The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
The advertised price and winning auction bids shall include a service fee of 7.63.
All credit cards are charged a 3% convenient fee.
